It is such a blessing to have the ability of reproducing yourself! I'm talking about all of the skills and talents you've developed and inherited over time; your wit and innovative thinking patterns; your ability to lead; produce and manufacture manuscripts; your entrepreneurialship aspects; the creative vision you give to a blank canvas.... the list goes on an on!

Why sit down on all of this and not share it with others? I challenge you to consider those around you-- maybe in your workspace, family, or even church who have the potential and an unspoken desire to excel.

I don't know if you've ever considered this, but you are more powerful than why you give yourself credit for. What God has given you to bring to the table is invaluable and guess what???? Someone, somewhere is in need of it

This is how God gets glory

You can take that organization or department to the next level in quality, production, employee retention and even cultural re-development. It starts with you reproducing yourself! You will feel good about making impact by imparting who you are and what you carry rather than leaving them crippled and stifled in their service delivery.
